Responsible for seasonal farm tasks such as spring and fall tillage, chemical application, planting, harvest operations, grain hauling and storage, and routine equipment maintenance. Also responsible for operation of earth moving equipment and labor in various land improvement applications. Class A CDL drivers license is current.

The Multi-Channel Sales Manager role is focused on the use of multiple sales channels, allowing customers to shop where they prefer. The purchasing channels I focus on include the primary company website, over the phone sales, Best Buy for Business, and inter-store invertory sharing. Other responsibilities include the daily sales operation of the checkout and in-store order pickup areas, employee relations and staffing of those areas, business planning, gap managment, and customer experience on the primary sales floor.

As Operations Manager, my area of focus served guest experiences at checkout and customer service, along with the role of in-store human resources. Responsibilities for the HR component of the role include weekly payroll, employee relations, file maintenance, staffing, along with EEO/AA compliance and audits.

I served as sales supervisor for the mobile electronics department, gaming and media department, and the computers department over various periods of time. Responsibilities included staffing, training, scheduling, business planning, and gap management.

I operated a privately owned mobile electronics, cellular communications, and auto accessory store specializing in custom applications and creations. As the manager, my responsibilities included all store staffing, training, payroll, vendor relations, inventory purchasing, location merchandising and advertising, along with overseeing all daily sales operations. I also served as the primary mobile electronics installation and custom fabrication specialist.
