I am an Training Coordinator at McAlvain, Inc, a leading construction firm that provides project management, consultation, construction, and equipment leasing . With over 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through engaging and effective training programs. In my current role, I manage and oversee both in-person and online training programs, encompassing strategy, course design, and eLearning modules. I collaborate with subject matter experts and use programs such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office to build and customize content that meets the specific needs of diverse audiences. I also incorporate feedback for continuous improvement and measure the impact of the training on performance and outcomes. Additionally, I leverage my previous experience as an Owner/General Contractor and a Handyman to provide on-the-job training and talent management for the service providers on the Lessen platform.
