My responsibilities included managing 300 GameDay staff members over the 81 game regular season. I display operational excellence by returning the majority of my staff each season and keeping overtime and operational costs to a minimum. I trained all staff in both customer service and MLB's Best Practices.I also worked closely with our public safety partners as well as emergency management partners to develop policies and procedures to be implemented by our event staff and organization to ensure a safe, fun and exciting environment for our guests.I formed and oversee our Digital Safety Officers who monitor social media for intelligence that may impact guest safety or experience.I collaborated closely with our security manager to identify and develop training topics for the security staff.I used my Masters in Emergency Management to blend all aspects of safety and customer service to enhance the guest experience.
