Utilize Gamewell-FCI Regional Sales Manager for “Lunch & Learn” type events.Serve as the primary point of contact for other Sales Team members within our organization concerning the Gamewell-FCI family of products.Attend the annual Gamewell-FCI Distributor Conference, as to stay current with the ever evolving, ever changing technology that is part of the Gamewell-FCI product line.Actively monitor the Fire Alarm bid market, providing accurate, code compliant, and cost effective solutions to contractors and end users alike.

Creation of submittal documentation including Plan Sets and Product Data Books for A/E and AHJ review. Systems including Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Paging, Nurse Call, and Mass Notification.Creation of record documentation including As-Builts, O&M Manuals, Certificate of Compliance, Record of Completion, as well as Test & Sensitivity Reports.Maintain an in depth knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 72, NFPA 101, IBC, IFC, and Wisconsin Comm. 60.An understanding of local and state agency submittal requirements including permit applications, submittal fees, and review lead times.Download and plot bidding documents from contractor sponsored ftp sites, iSqFt, Dodge Report, Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, and the like.Aid the sales department by performing take-offs on projects, ensuring accurate counts for competitive bidding purposes.Develop and maintain company drafting standards including title blocks, logos, device details, wiring diagrams, and dynamic blocks.Install, service, and maintain AutoCAD software as well as industry specific AutoCAD add-ons.Supervision of part-time drafting employees, ensuring both quality and production requirements.Oversee outsourced printing of large format plan set production runs.
