Setting a high level of expectations for customer/client service and liaising for our customers. Overseeing and setting goals for all the programs of the facility, from yearly and monthly attendance budgets, QLD Health standard water quality, general maintenance and events management. Overseeing and motivating 40+ staff from Coaches, Customer service, Swim School Teachers and Lifeguards and their corresponding duties on a daily basis.
