Managed a team of roughly 25 associates to fulfill daily operations and orders. Duties included delegating associates to tasks for either pulling inventory or stocking inventory to pick locations.Oversaw Inventory Control team to help maintain accurate counts within FC. Picked units to fullfill orders for cartons and daily operations.

Started out processing ups orders and loading them onto a trailer via fork truck. Became certified and cross trained at every work station and am now a floater. Ranging from operating a cherry picker to processing, recording and loading OEM and DC orders. (Including some Export.) Also became trained as a back up group lead, gaining experience in micro managing labor while meeting committed orders.

To assess my workflow and the process of others to find areas of improvement. Following the DMIAC structure I collaborate with my peers to come up with solutions to our problems.
