As a Customer Care Representative I met with many Health Care Professionals personally on a daily basis to provide customer support information, and opportunities regarding various Pfizer name brand medication. I delivered resources to HCPS for, private practices, hospital systems for signature accountability.

Resident Advisor for over 50 sophomore and older college students. I was in charge of developing healthy, non alcoholic, programs weekly for my designated area and students. These programs were created to foster community inclusion and interaction. I went on patrols weekly of the surrounding campus to ensure the safety of the students.

During the period of my internship, I was an integral part of developing new marketing materials that Humanus used at the National Charter School conference in of June 2015. As part of the Marketing Team I developed new content for the company website. I did countless hours of research in the Charter school sector, as well as in Special Education. I expanded the Social Media Network of the company through the use of new networking technology. I developed personal experience with different Microsoft Software. I wrote the June 2015 and July 2015 press releases for the company on the National Charter School Conference and the adding of two academia specialists to the company.

As an intern in the advancement office I worked closely with the vice-president of the college in order to help raise money by reconnecting with alumni and other benefactors from the Philadelphia area. I was part of a team that helped the school obtain its first 1,000,000 dollar gift. I learned valuable fundraising skills and well as working with a small, personal,team that utilized all of our different skills to maximize our potential.

I often like to document being a server as one of the most influential jobs I've had because of how many different and sometimes difficult situations it put me in. I worked at a 24 hour diner that was incredibly popular with in the town of Vienna. It was often very busy and put me in many incidents where I had to think on my feet and create solutions for problems on the fly. Because the only money I made was on tip wages, it was all on me to earn the most money I could from each table. I had to learn how to market to different customers. I had to learn how to sell the meals just on my words alone. I had to learn how to time manage when given many tables at once so that each customer felt cared and attended to. I also had to learn how to put a smile on even after working 14 hour shifts.
