Work with a team of Nursing PD educators to provide online training to ~8000 learners. I administer the LMS as well as support learners with their issues with the LMS or courses.

I am an Expert and Certified with Totara Learn (an enterprise expansion of Moodle). Our LMS hosts 10K users, expanding to 150K users in the next year with oncoming implemented clients from other existing LMSs and new clients. I work to provide solutions to a diverse client base to meet their needs for thriving needs through courses, and other training programs. We focus on accessibility and bringing quality training to all learners be assessing need and providing the right solutions. We leverage Totara and other tools like WordPress and SCORM to ensure learners get the training they need when they need it. We work with course creators and SMEs from 17 service areas of Oklahoma DHS and other state agencies to provide the training necessary for them to provide the care to those in need.

I am an Expert and Certified with Totara LMS (expansion of Moodle). I oversee the migration from a legacy LMS to Totora for all of our clients (~10K users). Expansion with Moodle LMS to another ~30K users My secondary role is Video producer, editor, and video animator. I look for opportunities for video in our instruction as well as having clients propose projects. If I have any time left over I am an instructional design writer or graphic designer. Our primary client is the 3rd largest employer in the state of Oklahoma. We provide an LMS, scheduling, and training for Department of Human Services (DHS), OU, and other smaller organizations.

On a daily basis I work in a team to provide unparalleled customer service, and technical expertise to a diverse customer base. We provide fitting solutions for each client and focus on repairing the relationship to the brand not just fixing the problem.In my role I ensure that the Genius Room is always up to standards and that they team is up to date on any new operational procedures. I was a multi-purpose sales associate trained in every department. I sold minimum of $3,500 per shift.Developed a campaign for customer involvement for VIP customers that integrated a book release by PB product designers.
