I lead the International - Individual, Trust & Estate team at Weaver. We focus on providing world-class compliance and planning services to our clients, allowing them to maximize their economic goals while managing their privacy and mitigating undue tax. Our advice is focused on listening, offering thoughtful solutions, and executing on tax planning and compliance for individuals, their wealth-protection entities, and closely held business and investments.

During this time I was taking care of a family member who needed my support full time, and worked as an equity and options trader. In this role, I also supported some investors to refine their valuation strategies to identify stronger investment candidates in the options and equities markets (both in short term and long term purviews).

I managed two networks within this role: 1. First, I developed and strengthened relationships with our US clients, managing various teams in this network, but with a total count of 15 people who reported to me as we continuously work on improving our clients' experience and finding them new opportunities to keep their top talent engaged and effective in their work.2. Second, I managed the relationship with our US tax compliance software vendor. I have just under 100 global professionals who reported through me, with titles from staff to senior manager. I worked with these teams on a daily basis to enhance our technology and provide solutions for our US individual tax signers.
