I have a strong background in building high performance teams by identifying and developing talents and articulating a clear vision of success. I have trained and led diverse groups from international backgrounds to work together as a team. Through the use of ongoing education and professional development, we aim to consistently improve our performance and exceed our members' and guests' expectations. I graduated in the top 10% of my class for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northern Arizona University. Furthermore, I have participated in ongoing education from the North Shore Country Club, the Spartanburg Marriott, The Desert Mountain Club, the Court of Master Sommeliers Americas and the Club Managers Association of America. I strive to utilize my formal education as the foundation for ongoing club management knowledge. I have been fortunate to gain significant food and beverage specific knowledge by partnering with many world renowned wineries and a variety of award winning chefs in my career. Accomplishments include increasing F&B revenues 30% over three years, leading the inauguration of the Wine Society at North Shore, and achieving an overall guest satisfaction ranking in the top 4% among 361 full service North American Marriott Hotels in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I also contributed to raising membership satisfaction over 8% year over year at The Desert Mountain Club’s Outlaw Restaurant and was featured in the Herald Journal’s Upstate Magazine article, “A Spark of The Divine,” for the top rated Sparks Restaurant. I also partnered in managing the 2012 nationally televised Schwab Cup in Scottsdale, Arizona.
