Additionally I worked with our clientele on any and all IT related problems ranging from software, hardware, and networking issues. Working closely with the CEO, solutions I found to ongoing areas of opportunity were implemented immediately. Seeing the direct results of ideas and suggestions regarding many different aspects of the company was by far the most exciting and gratifying part of my position. I wore many different hats at Turnkey, including sales, which I excelled at due to the great relationships I established with our clients. After year 1, I helped push the CEO into moving into a prime location in Downtown Effingham. In addition, I have become the "point man" for the computer lab that all of Patterson's software lines utilize.
