• Supported Warsaw site ERP system conversion from MAPICS (AS400) to SAP in the role of Product Life Cycle (PLC) Process Lead.• Oversaw activities for successful implementation of tasks impacting PE group within the Deployment.• Assessed impact of conversion on PE groups’ business procedures and requirements during design phase.• Updated impacted procedures as required.• Participated in process testing cycles by executing test scripts in both validated and non-validated test cycles• Assessed whether the data conversion was functioning properly by reconciling data that came through the conversion. Also researched discrepancies and helped the Core Team uncover root causes.

• Primary role was to improve existing and create new processes with the goal of improving cost, quality, and delivery within assigned manufacturing cells.• Participated on team project to create the Warsaw site new product process development process. Helped design the flow to ensure that the it coordinated with the Global Commercialization Process.• Supported team project to convert Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from Helpdesk to TrackWise change control software. Helped to redefine change control process flow and define request approval requirements as outlined in FDA regulations.• Supported creation of the manufacturing change impact analysis (CIA) process. Helped define business process, drafted work instructions, created CIA form to document analysis, and trained PE group.

Process required a Class 100,000 clean area, robot applicator, and ultrasonic clean unit.• Purchased new capital equipment to improve hook manufacturing process. Coordinated turnkey process development with machine tool builder.
