We have contracts… Show more I just finished my experience with Utah State's Spider Silk Lab. It has been extremely beneficial in learning proper research techniques. This lab is working on world renowned experiments broadcast on networks like The Discovery Channel, and NOVA. I am working directly for senior research scientist Justin Jones in primarily producing spider silk proteins as efficient as possible, second the limitless uses of this fiber that is stronger than Kevlar and more elastic than nylon. We have contracts through the US military, clothing apparel companies, and for many future medical uses. I am currently working on developing the correct protein concentration for optimal strength and elasticity for possible medical sutures and ligament and tendon replacements. I am currently published as a co-author in a paper called "​ More than just fibers: an aqueous method for the production of innovative recombinant spider silk protein materials". I began my career with Utah State Football in the summer of 2010. During my career I was fortunate not to miss a single game for all 4 of my career. During my collegiate career I was selected as team captain by my teammates and coaches. From an organization that has been accustomed to having many losing seasons I was fortunate to be a part of a record setting team that is considered the best in school history. During my career I was fortunate not to miss a single game for all 4 of my career. During my collegiate career I was selected as team captain by my teammates and coaches. From an organization that has been accustomed to having many losing seasons I was fortunate to be a part of a record setting team that is considered the best in school history. We attended 3 consecutive bowl games, being ranked within the top 25 teams in the nation several times. Being a student athlete has been a full time job from June-May. With time constraints it was difficult to be hired for a summer job. This provided me with hundreds of volunteer hours that I was able to devote to my community. Show less

I was hired for my exceptional organization, computing, and mathematics skills. I was responsible for the organization and preparation of millions of properties for accuracy in an external audit.
