I have been in the automotive industry for about 9+ yrs. I have experience working with BMW engines, and Transmissions with ZF such as Honda, Jaguar Land Rover, Diamler, Audi, and Chrysler. I have been part of start ups/ launches. Assisted with engineering and managers with the certification and verification of an assembly line. Documented Blue books and also wrote JSA's for certain areas in a company. Selected for Team lead with training in 5s and lean manufacturing, and SAP and SPC. Also worked with continuous improvement to implement better work performance and working conditions. Worked as a rework technician disassembling Transmissions finding common and uncommon defects within the product. Working co-op with engineering to find the root cause and solutions for issues. Training in PLC and NVh/noise calibration. Promoted to Supervisor after hard work and dedication.
