Director
Current Responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the future of Business Process Management solutions for North American Wealth Management business lines, including Workflow solutions specializing in Pega Workflow Capabilities and Document/Content Management applications in both the US & Canada. Provide oversight and leadership to Support functions including driving Instrumentation & Dev/Ops Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment strategy for the BPM Capability. Responsible for leading a team with recurring annual project delivery of approximately $10MM per year. Team consists of approximately 20 direct reports, 60 matrixed team members across US, Canada and India. Lead the effort to enable standardized processes and broad adoption of systems, tools and methods for Workflow & Document Management technology. Partner with & leverage the use of enterprise COE’s and shared services to create a strong, globally aligned, scalable model. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Management, Operations Leadership and key Business Sponsors/Executives. Experience working with diverse vendor partners including extensive experience with Pega, NexJ, Broadridge, Accenture, Capgemini, TCS and Cognizant. Experience leading and reporting to geographically disbursed teams, including extensive experience with leading teams located in Canada and India. Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
