Led the North America Electric Motions Solutions Group, Multiple sites along the east coast, full P&L ownership over +$140M in Revenue, 450 people, global customer base, global supply chain. Focus included strategy development, sales transformation, business turnaround, operational excellence, margin improvement and cost reduction, supply chain transformation / simplification, consolidation and footprint utilization, 80/20 implementation, team coaching and development, culture change, continuous improvement and new product development / intellectual property generation.

Led the Medical Ultrasonics Group, Single site, full P&L ownership over +$25M in Revenue, 130 people, global customer base, regional supply chain. Focus included revenue growth, strategy development, improved forecasting and financial planning, key performance indicators overhaul, customer/market expansion, operational excellence, supply chain risk reduction, margin improvement and cost reduction, culture change, removing silos, team coaching and development, strategic work force plan implementation, business systems improvements, contract negotiation, and new product development / intellectual property generation.

Led the Engineering Teams both R&D and Operations, ~20 people, $3-4M department budget. Focus included technology / product roadmap development, new product development, business development, customer and market growth, market development, full stage gate development process, design qualification / validation, FDA submission support, new product introduction / sustainment, obsolescence strategy, continuous improvement / lean management system, automation of assembly, material margin improvement and cost reduction, new supplier identification / qualification, compliance improvements, EHS owner, building and equipment maintenance and TPM, audit support, and coaching and development.

Led the Operations Engineering and Machine Shop teams, ~12 people, $1M department budget. Focus included full stage gate development process, fixture / tooling / process qualification / validation, new product introduction / sustainment, continuous improvement / lean management system, automation of assembly, material margin improvement and cost reduction, new supplier identification / qualification, compliance improvements, equipment maintenance and TPM, audit support, cad / cam training, and coaching and development.

As an R&D engineer I worked with surgeons and other stakeholders to develop implants and instrumentation focused on Lumbar and Cervical fixation. I moved over to the ops engineering team focused on the manufacture, test, and qualification of the finished implants including spine, knee, and hip implants. Additional focus working with internal and external customers on design for manufacturability, quoting new opportunities, and creating all of the internal documentation for manufacturing and quality.
