I am the Battalion Commander of the 704th Brigade Support Battalion in the 4th Infantry Division, U.S. Army, where I lead a team of over 900 soldiers who provide logistical support to over 4000 warfighters. With more than 18 years of military experience, I have developed strong competencies in organizational leadership, operations management, and team building. I hold an MBA from William & Mary, a BS in Computer Science from Missouri State University, and a certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online. I am also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Demonstrated Senior Logistician. I am passionate about applying data-driven insights, machine learning, and AI to enhance decision-making. I have contributed to multiple publications on the intersection of AI and logistics. My purpose is to leverage emerging technologies to solve complex problems and empower my team and organization to achieve success.
