Direct supervision of over 24 Police Officers assigned to patrol and safeguard a Marine Corps Air Station in Japan. While in this position I was to review and submit police reports to track crime trends and implement controls to minimize the criminal activity aboard the base. In addition to the law enforcement duties, I am to train, equipment and supervise the Police Officers in my charge to create a stronger and more knowledgeable section to combat the obstacles of today’s environment.

Locating the future Marines of the United States Military. My day to day job was screening and processing young individuals for acceptance into the Marines.

I was a lead and advanced protection agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, responsible for conducting site security assessments on areas which soon to be visiting high-ranking officials in the United States Government would frequent.Responsible for the safety and security of the Commandant of the Marine Corps and other senior leadership in the Department of Defense. Frequent working relationship with various state and federal government law enforcement agencies while obtaining necessary resources to assist in the completion of the mission. Conducted countless protective operation missions throughout the world in remote and highly populated areas, all while ensuring the safety and well-being of the principal. Conducted threat and vulnerability assessments in various international environments.Served as the Lead Agent for forward operations in the middle east for Commander US Central Command, foreign Ministers of Defense, and other high-risk personnel. I was responsible for liaison with embassies, contacting host nation security, and conducting on-site assessments and security evaluations at high-risk events abroad.

While assigned here I was placed in several leadership positions where I assisted my supervisors with the task of fitting and training a large Company of Marines in preparation for world wide deployments to include Afghanistan and Iraq. This position included planning for training operations, conducting dress rehearsals of select Military Police missions, and ensuring the Marines of the Company are physically and mentally prepared for the unique stresses of combat operations.

Served as a state certified patrolman in The Commonwealth of Virginia. Daily duties involved enforcing violations of State and County laws. Laws enforced included but not limited to domestic violance, assault, theft, alcohol, drug, and basic traffic violations.
