Brought from prototype to market a self-monitoring, cloud-based runbook automation service that receives error reports from various alerting and monitoring solutions (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana) and automatically runs troubleshooting steps with real-time adjustments based on the results of each step.
