I was born in Boston, raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and currently attend Brown University in Providence, where I am deeply involved in both academic and extracurricular pursuits. My passion for music drives me to master eight instruments and perform in a Brown jazz combo. I am also an avid reader and committed volunteer, with a long-term goal of promoting social justice through a career in law.Professionally, I am interning at Franklin Templeton in New York City, where I assist Portfolio Managers and Senior Trust Officers for Fiduciary Trust International. This role has significantly enhanced my financial and macroeconomic knowledge, alongside developing my legal reading comprehension through trust documentation reviews.Previously, I worked as a research assistant at Stanford Law School, focusing on mass-tort bankruptcies. I prepared case studies and reviewed restructuring support agreements (RSAs) for high-profile cases such as Boy Scouts of America and Purdue Pharma.I approach every challenge with diligence and patience, whether it’s improvisational jazz or Constitutional Legal Theory. My journey in music includes self-teaching guitar and saxophone, studying jazz history, and engaging with the vibrant New York jazz scene. My dedication culminated in working for the Stanford Jazz Workshop, collaborating with excellent musicians while continuing my legal research endeavors. I consistently bring a positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail to all my pursuits.
