I launched my career at Applebee's, progressing from Assistant Manager to General Manager. Throughout my journey, I developed expertise in overseeing daily operations, managing diverse teams, and enhancing the customer experience. I gained hands-on experience in various managerial roles, including overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, optimizing service efficiency, and driving team performance. My time at Applebee's honed my leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills, preparing me for future challenges in fast-paced environments.
