Unfortunately, I was only able to finish my training for this part-time job before I was offered a full-time job elsewhere. I did, however, learn a number of child behavior management techniques while I was with them. Their goal is to teach children basic engineering, robotics, and gaming skills through the use of LEGO bricks. Play-Well is a fantastic company, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in working for them.
