Lucky to have driven the full scope of product design, product management, narrative and messaging for 15+ years. I've lead global product creation, design, R&D, engineering and/or development for Apple, TYR sport, Nike and Speedo. I was also a ground-level design lead for product and brand-building for sportswear startup ROKA.I've driven the creative sell in strategy and asset creation for sell-in to retailers like REI, Target, Walmart, Costco, Dick's Sporting Goods, Amazon, Academy Sports among others. I've got a long list of conventional design 'wins' as defined by metrics of profit, product longevity, brand elevation and consumer connection. I'm proud of those metrics but my most celebrated wins have (particularly in the pandemic) been the ability to find new ways of creating product and driving agile but complex design teams.Guiding multifaceted teams of differing backgrounds, abilities and geographies to their own respective brilliance has been one of my proudest accomplishments. Where there weren't strategic pathways defined, I had to create them.
