Operate forklift in warehouse:* Scan product into inventory using SAP software then place in proper location in warehouse.* Keep warehouse clean and product organized.* Prepare product for shipping and load onto trucks for departure.* Enter order tickets and verify inventory for particular ticket before order is staged for pickup.

With Bid Group I was in a unique position to perform multiple duties. During my time with Bid I managed the day to day logistics for shipping and receiving. I was also tasked with being the project coordinator and maintaining the site daily for the project manager when he was not available. As the site safety manager I handled all safety reports, meetings, and investigations for over 200 people on the site.Because of my technical background I was in charge of installing, training and supporting a project management software used across the company called "Procore". In addition, I was tasked with managing employee security rolls in the system. I supported all areas of the system from setting up new projects and their billing codes and information to backing up the project when completed and closing them out. I created a training environment in "Procore" for users to refer to and created safety policies and procedures for the company in this environment

As Chief of Police, I was responsible for all the functions of the department from scheduling to recommending officers to hire and when needed, recommend termination or investigation as well. Running the department takes knowledge in multiple areas including law, information technology, human resources, investigations, grant writing, and more. When you have enough people to handle these areas it can make it easier, however when you manage a small department like I did you do it all. Managing the department was definitely a challenge but we were able to overcome the challenges. The department received grants for equipment and training. Cars were donated. Managing the budget which was just under a $1 Million, we purchased equipment instead of having officers use their own. We pulled the department out of the dark ages, so-to-speak and got away from writing reports and citations on paper and moved it to a computer based environment using one system for both and is still the system used today. Once this was done, accountability was better than ever because now reports were able to be checked and accessed more efficiently for accuracy and reporting. Now, when someone goes to the office and would like a copy of a report it can be accessed and printed for them without waiting to find the report. A major time savings. Pictures and audio files were able to be included in reports as well. The department was left in better position than before I took office.

I was able to get in on a short lived startup business in Dallas, Texas while I lived there. The partners built websites and worked with clients to do all kinds of web and technical work. My job was to build and maintain Windows 2003 servers. I got the chance to setup both development and production environments. I supported the partners and the clients for all the backend needs. * Registered Domains, setup DNS, and configure IIS for each new client package.* Setup user mail and ftp accounts* Supported users with MS Outlook and Outlook Express

This was exciting for me. I grew up, walking distance from this church and attended for years as a child along with my family. I jumped at the chance to lead the next generation. I planned lessons and events alike. I taught Bible Lessons, worked with the kids through the good times as well some hard discussions some kids were going through. I'm happy I was there to help them and be a part of their growth.To add to this, I used my music background to assist the music minister in Youth Choir.

In between full time jobs I helped people in my local area building PCs and supporting them with Microsoft Windows Questions via phone and face to face. Where needed, I ran cable for the local High School(s) and supported setting up network connections as well as the badge security system. I had experience with websites as well, so the church asked me to get involved in creating and maintaining their website at that time.
