As well as maintain deep knowledge of vendor product lines, train Cimtec staff on vendor products, and plan and coordinate customer training.

Responsible for the individual and collective training of 31 engineer soldiers to conduct combat engineer missions and mechinized platoon missions; command and control route clearance operations, assualt gap crossing, mounted and dismounted breaches, and emplace obstacles in support of maneuver elements and support brigades to enable a tailored force package to be applied to a specific mission group focused logistics and constructive force protection; overall responsible for the maintenance and accountability of vehicle and equipment valued in excess of $3 million.

As a newly commisioned Officer in the US Army attend the Engineer Officer Basic Course and learn all that is required to be an Officer in the Corps of Engineers.
