Overseeing the physical space and employee morale for 25+ Cru employees serving the Northeastern U.S. and with national teams. Overseeing the budget of $200k for this office. Handling the purchase of office furniture and supplies and technology and computer needs.Notable accomplishments- Led the transition team to move our office from Exton, PA to Downingtown, PA in January 2020. Handled primary negotiations with the owners of the past office space and the new office space.

Served priority college-aged audiences through online channels and platforms. - Used social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. - Cross-functional work across many departments including the creative team, marketing, external communications, research & development teams, and field teams around the country. Notable accomplishments:- Developed a video training and development series used each summer by 2,500 students gathered in small groups at 130 locations around the country. Created and maintained a group of coaches to direct volunteer leaders at each of those locations throughout the summer. - Published a podcast to highlight speakers for Cru’s winter conference.

Led strategic planning with a staff team overseeing a large student organization at the University of Michigan. - Project management of numerous initiatives each year to recruit and serve university students. - Leadership team of Veritas Forum events on campus drawing up to 3000 people per event- Oversight of recruitment efforts for 100+ new students each fall. - Led planning with staff employees to engage with student volunteers to serve student members of the organization. - Recruiting graduating students to join the organization to serve domestically and internationally. - Regular public speaking to 200+ students at weekly gatherings.
