I've been comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty ever since an airplane engine quit under me over the jungles of eastern Indonesia. Or maybe it was the boat engine that died in the open ocean.Either way, I realized early that I had one life to live and it was worth building things that matter. I spent the first part of my career practicing that building motion. I lived in Indonesia and Thailand, putting together new kinds of grant funding models that enabled Nordic governments to maintain their educational audit standards while supporting sparsely resourced local nonprofits. I built better-performing websites, learning the hard way about the limits of physical capacity before the cloud (yes, I've melted email servers in the basement before). I built a company from scratch, developing a new category of kitchen top reusable coffee filters and building a million dollar run rate business in the process. I began to get hungry to solve bigger problems after that, so I went to Amazon. I tackled data attribution problems at Amazon Pay, grew voice of customer across a hyper-scaling team at Selling Partner Paid Services (retail or), and finally owned artwork end-to-end at Prime Video. By the time I owned artwork, I was building truly innovative tech to solve problems at the hundreds of millions scale, and I knew I'd achieved what I set out to do at Amazon.Since then, I've entered the second phase of my career: leveraging my experience to build others up as a hands-on product leader. At Drift, I led a team of PM's responsible for the core Marketer portfolio of products, driving 8 figure revenue growth and associated multiples for an acquisition event in 2021. I moved on to Palolo after that, where I led product, design, and marketing. My team built and launched the product from zero to minimum viable scale. Most recently, I've been focused on leading a product and tech team focused on client experience for some of the largest companies on the planet with Madison Logic. Every day, I get up and obsess over how data can enable our clients to tell a human story to the accounts they're reaching across the web. I set strategy, drive GTM motions, and stay focused on supporting my team. When I'm not building innovative Account Based Marketing solutions, I'm doubled down on making it easier for the next generation of product managers to grow. I've become one of product's leading voices on TikTok and love mentoring product mangers and leaders at all levels on and off the platform. When I'm not building, you'll find me on the next plane to somewhere fun!

Vice President Of Product ManagementMadison Logic Aug 2022 - Oct 2023New York, Ny, UsI lead the Client Experience teams at Madison Logic. Every day I get up and think about how data can tell a story that makes the impossible come alive, that enables brands to tell a story they couldn't tell before. I live and breathe AI, data platform user experience, and complex, enterprise-scale B2B integrations every day. If it's not a messy problem, I'm generally not happy, and my favorite thing is cheering my teams when we launch something new that makes sense of the ambiguity and truly solves a problem for our customers. -
Head Of ProductPalolo Jan 2022 - Aug 2022Reno, Nv, UsI built from zero to viable at Palolo, focusing on team development, strategy, roadmap, and getting my hands dirty on compliance and MVP details. I made sure our first customers loved us so much they wanted to invest in us! And I made sure what we were building delivered both the retention benefits our customers wanted and the life-altering financial benefits their employees needed. I was there from day one and took full ownership of the product, end-to-end, including tech stack, compliance, team recruitment, and product delivery cadence. I made sure we shipped what mattered, and when push came to shove I prioritized listening to customers first. The best part of this role was knowing I was making a real difference for employees. We were supporting people who'd miss work because they didn't have the dollars in the account for a tank of gas. People caught in a debt trap. People who needed help to get their flat tires fixed.I recruited people fired up about the mission of the product, including our VP of Engineering, and made sure we empowered them with a tech stack built to deliver quickly. I took our design from zero to employer to consumer, building out both B2B and B2C apps along the way.It was a fun run, and I'm proud of what we built! -
DirectorDrift Jan 2021 - Jan 2022Boston, Massachusetts, UsI built out and spearheaded growth for Drift's core product offering. My teams were focused around the Marketer persona, and I owned roadmap, B2B strategy, and ultimately delivery of ARR and valuation multiples for the business based on a product-led growth strategy.I kept the team focused on initiatives that enabled us to scale support for our enterprise clients, including leading the way on accessibility in chat clients, innovating with NLP an AI models for chat, and developing net new products like FastLane that enabled our clients to realize value faster (and their customers to save time!)Ultimately, what I loved about this role was the team. Great peers, great leaders, and a great team of PM's I'm proud I built and mentored along the way. We made a difference, we delivered growth, and we saw our work translate into a real shift in valuation for the business at a P/E event in late 2021. Hard work pays off, and focusing on what customers really care about never goes out of style. -
Prime Video - Head Of Artwork ExperienceAmazon Apr 2019 - Jan 2021Seattle, Wa, UsI had a unique challenge in this role. I owned artwork end-to-end at Prime Video. I owned our tech stack. I owned our supply chain with major studios like Paramount and Disney. I owned our roadmap, and I owned the end customer experience.Ultimately, I was responsible for making the product disappear! I had to take the thumbnails you see every day on Prime Video, make sure the thumbnail was always there, make sure it was personalized for your interests and needs, and then make sure it loaded quickly so you could get on and watch the title you were searching for that day.I liked to joke that if I did my job well in my role everyone forgot that Prime Video even had artwork! I think we did that. I eliminated the broken windows problem for thumbnails (i.e. where no thumbnail exists). I expanded our catalog from a 1-basis to an n-basis for artwork (any number of images per title and per image slot). I built out machine learning-driven artwork generation pipelines. I built out a net-new artwork supplier portal and migrated the largest studios on the planet over there in six months or less. And I wasn't finished there. I built, tested, and rolled out our artwork personalization algorithms. I aligned artwork roadmaps with our live linear team working on programs like NFL games. I built a data-driven multilingual artwork strategy globally. I enabled a new experimentation platform for artwork to make A/B testing easier. And last but not least, I made sure it was all reliable and performant, so the artwork was just there and did its job.I really moved the needle for hundreds of millions of Prime customers in this role, and I'm still proud of the work my team did. -
Selling Partner Paid Services: Senior Product Manager, Marketing (Na)Amazon Sep 2017 - Apr 2019Seattle, Wa, UsWhat a fun hyper-scaling experience! I owned voice of the customer as the team grew from 5 to 400, ensuring we had a consistent rudder for our product vision and roadmap, and scaling and automating our survey delivery along the way. Ultimately I was responsible for AI-driven analysis, our core business KPI's, informing strategy across the business based on customer sentiment, and delivering relevant customer insights that moved the needle. I took care of roles and permissions so our customers' data was secure but our team of hundreds of associates could see what they needed to see to deliver a great selling experience.I loved this role because I got to be on the other side of the table from where I was as a founder and seller on Amazon! -
