Led Glowforge's expansion into Europe.

Led multiple organizations through a high growth phase as we transitioned the company from a crowd-funded startup to a scalable business.

Hired by the Board as the COO to help the Founders scale the business and then was asked to step in as CEO to rebuild the business. Assembled a new leadership team, completely rebuilt the technology, and developed a whole new product lineup. Was able to secure additional funding for the business through aggressive fund-raising and led the M&A efforts that resulted in a soft landing for the company.

Brought in to lead the supply chain for the newly assembled, very secretive “Building 8” division. Delivered new partnerships to advance some of the very futuristic projects under development.

Global responsibility for all elements of Operations including Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Fulfillment, Sales Operations, and Customer Care-Transformed a “start-up” Operations organization into a full-capability organization staying ahead of growth ($250M to $1.5B), putting the right leadership in place and delivering outstanding results in scale, quality, and customer experience.

Dual role responsible for supply and demand planning and all Purchasing elements of the Powertrain portion of the business-Key member of the Executive Team that successfully ramped the Model S.

Manage a team of supply chain managers who own a product's supply chain end to end.Manage the division-wide S&OP process bringing together demand and supply into one plan which drives the supply chain.

Transitioning into management of Procurement managers responsible for sourcing key electro-mechanical components for Surface, Zune, Xbox and our PC Hardware.5. Interim ownership of the optical drive commodity for Xbox and Zune.

Vice President of Supply Chain responsible for securing supply of handsets to Panama and the Caribbean.

General Manager responsible for a number of organizations globally which managed the end to end supply chain of all of Sony Ericsson's handsets. Key contributor to the supply chain evolution which expanded Sony Ericsson's supply chain from one that supplied 20 million handsets with difficutly to one that was capable of supplying 100+ million phones.
