I am a graduate of Western Michigan University’s Haworth School of Business. I received my B.B.A in Food and Consumer Package goods. My education focuses, as well as my background in the food service industry, have given me a unique skill set. Leadership: My most recent role as a General Manager has continued to develop my leadership skill. In my role I lead meetings of up to 85 people, delegated tasks to other leaders, and managed with empathy. Customer focus: Throughout my extensive years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have established and maintained a rapport with hundreds of customers. Focus on the customer is critical in all aspects of business.Team member: Group projects are a vast point of emphasis in the Haworth College of Business here at WMU. I have developed many relationships with fellow students, while working together to put forth professional quality presentations.Besides my every day work at school, I am a devoted member of WMU’s Food Marketing Association. As a member of this organization we have weekly meetings and events.
