A 'leadership lifer,' Nate Campbell has dedicated his life to leading others with a unique style centered on authenticity, honesty, and relatability. He is currently the Director, Merchant Support at Loop Returns. Before joining Loop, Nate spent the majority of his career as a people leader in the healthcare technology industry. In his most recent role with Olive AI, which partnered with 250+ enterprise customers across the United States, he was responsible for leadership of the company’s Support organization. Prior to Olive, Nate spent 6+ years as an operational leader at CoverMyMeds, one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in the US. Thriving in a high-growth environment, Nate has built and scaled two operations teams from 0 to 300+ employees spanning multiple locations across the country in support of $100MM+ businesses.Nate is a graduate of Capital University with a major in Business Leadership & Management, where he earned the school's prestigious Faculty Leadership Award for Outstanding Senior Man. He was a three year captain on the baseball team where he earned Academic All-American honors and was a four year letterwinner.In addition to his career in business operations, Nate is entering his 10th season as an Assistant Coach for the Varsity Baseball team at Upper Arlington High School (OH).
