In this role, I am primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our organization's servers both in our primary and backup data center locations, and at our pharmacies across the nation which have remote site servers. Currently, I am the SAS Platform Administrator, navigating an upgrade from 9.2 to 9.4. As the Administrator, I am responsible for the proper setup and security of the SAS Platform in our organization. I am also the technical SME for our Docutrack system, which is a document management system provided by Integra. I manage the back end infrastructure, which is broken out by each time zone and includes 2 SQL servers and 2 Mid-Tier servers, and anywhere from 2 to 4 Web servers per time zone, all of which are virtualized via VmWare, presented through Citrix, and load balanced behind an F5. In addition, I handle all document import rules, faxing issues, document archiving, and most user functionality issues. I also help oversee our RxNow system which consists of MedSelect Flex units from Arxium, which are centrally managed out of our Brockton data center, and our MedDispense infrastructure which are located in our legacy Millennium Pharmacy serviced locations.

Responsible for maintaining the company hardware including desktops, laptops, and printers. In addition I specialize in our iSeries peripherals including IBM impact printers, InfoPrint laser printers, Datamax label printers, 10Zig thin client hardware, Symbol barcode scanners, twinax controllers, and the associated printer queues across all of our production and test partitions.

Responsible for supporting desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, servers, and applications for county level government agency.

I was an associate in the National Support Center at VDS. Mainly supported company employees and their computer issues, but also supported our contracted partners such as FedEx Sales Force, Tuka Japan, Venezuela Telecom, Highlights for Children, Wellpoint, Wickes Lumber, and more.
