Growing up the only male in a female household, he enjoyed playing basketball and football but often found himself watching Hope Floats or listening to TLC on Friday nights. Nate enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching the Duke Blue Devils and Carolina Hurricanes. To the Echo Team, Nate brings with him a career foundation from public accounting and two decade’s of progressive experience in professional recruiting/headhunting. Nate is seen as a leader who people are drawn to naturally and he has led teams within finance and accounting recruiting for two Twin Cities search firms prior to co-founding Echo Search Group.Nate’s charismatic personality and genuineness help make him successful within professional recruiting.
