I’ve spent a long time honing in on these three qualities and figuring out how I can best apply and explore them in my life. From this “E-trilogy,” I’ve split up my goals into three paths of increasing scope: my anticipated path, my ideal path, and my ultimate path.My anticipated career path lies in digital and content marketing, specifically in the healthcare & pharmaceutical industry. I'm intrigued by figuring out ways to market relatively undifferentiated products to an expansive market. I find the legal and political realms of this industry extremely fascinating as well, which is fitting, as I plan to attend graduate school and earn a secondary degree in legal studies or public policy.My ideal career path is to explore opportunities in the media, entertainment & arts industry, specifically in film or music. I love how creative this space is, and as someone who was previously a film major, I still hold direction and cinematography close to my heart. I’d love to be a part of an actor’s or musician’s branding and marketing team or to function as a producer to help passionate artists get their projects off the ground.My ultimate career path is to work in public office, either as a representative or other elected official or as a philanthropic lobbyist. If I explore the latter, I would hope to eventually start my own nonprofit organization, one which provides aid to at risk and homeless youth in the LGBTQIA+ and other minority communities. This is a topic I’m extremely passionate about, but I wouldn’t want to start it without ample resources and a platform and network to promote it.I hope to utilize my academics and experience to propel myself into positions with opportunities where I can exhibit altruism to others: I'm simply seeking to improve the world with eagerness, empathy, and equality.
