As 1/3 of Unfamiliar Games, Nate is the main driving force behind development of all projects. He is responsible for creative direction, game design, and implementation of all non-art related subjects. He also is responsible in part for the studio's social media content and marketing of their first major game, Send It!

Nate Started here as a part time worker, and over time moved up to be a co-owner and handle much of the day to day operations of the business.

Performed solo and multiplayer testing of all content and systems as needed. Worked closely with developers to discuss bug reproduction, and gameplay experience feedback.

As a founding member of Stardock’s QA department in Maryland, my work involved testing solo and multiplayer content across multiple operating systems and graphics APIs, developing rigorous testing plans, and stress testing games against various ranges of hardware. I worked on a range of titles published by Stardock, including Galactic Civilizations III, Ashes of the Singularity, and Offworld Trading Company.

Worked as an embedded tester performing smoke tests and gray-box testing on solo and group content across multiple platforms including PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Worked closely with developers to improve gameplay experience, target issues highlighted by the community, and give player oriented feedback

Focused time on training volunteers and communicating with the public on topics of voter registration, volunteer recruitment, polling information, and candidates’ political positions.

A two month program where Concordia University funded several indie games. This was to help Concordia to understand how to start their own game program, as well as to help these games get off the ground.
