CurrentAs Chief Technology Officer at DTC, Inc., a leading managed service provider specializing in healthcare, accounting, logistics, and manufacturing sectors, I spearhead the Business Information Technology Services (BITS) department, comprising 3 leadership roles and 17 individual contributors. My direct leadership extends to three key personnel, ensuring streamlined operations and strategic alignment across the board.In this role, I facilitate cohesive inter-departmental coordination among Inside Sales, Sales, Marketing, Administration, and BITS, fostering a collaborative environment that drives the company's overarching goals. I've been instrumental in developing and implementing IT standards and policies, advising the CEO directly to shape DTC Inc.'s technological landscape through comprehensive roadmaps.My responsibilities also encompass the financial stewardship of the BITS department, from budget formulation to the evaluation of key performance metrics, ensuring fiscal health and operational efficiency. I play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to enhance DTC Inc.'s market position and gross profit margins.As the ultimate authority on technological investments and product offerings, my decisions directly impact our service quality and portfolio expansion. This includes a wide range of services and physical products, ensuring they align with our high standards and customer needs.In addition to my strategic and operational roles, I contribute to DTC Inc.'s growth by assisting in the recruitment process and optimizing workflows and processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent while maintaining peak efficiency.Reporting directly to the CEO, my vision and leadership not only guide the BITS department but also significantly contribute to the strategic direction and success of DTC, Inc.
