I have been involved in my families commercial real estate business since 8th grade doing all of the typical things a kid would do - usually with a broom and garbage bag in my hand. Today, I am leading the next generation of my families business which has invested in, managed and exited approaching $100,000,000 of commercial real estate, and to date, returned all invested capital to equity investors and generated an impressive average return of and on capital of over 20%. Simply put...we help entrepreneurs and investors diversify their wealth and create legacy investing in commercial real estate generating passive income and achieving financial freedom.
