Prepare and audit export documentation for international shipments. Manage trade compliance in the area of NAFTA (solicitation and issuance) along with ISF Filing for import ocean shipments to remain in compliance and offer cost avoidance.

Assist in the planning of productions, developing forecasts, establishing priorities, and determining the quantities of product to send to each of the supply locations to meet regional demand needs for over 500 varieties. Performed Inventory Management functions by tracking inventory levels and transferring seed in an effort to balance inventory to better meet regional demand.

Handled the order-to-cash process and pre-shipment planning for export of all of Monsanto’s seed and agriculture chemicals to Canada, Latin America, Eastern and Western Europe.
