Using my project management skillset, implemented a large scale deployment of several store based systems to all Nike Retail locations. Included developing & delivering train the trainer content for field based training leads, providing leadership to said trainers, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and managing store hours for training. Also managed e-learning content and store documentation creation.

Manager for all functional training as related to the Nike apparel business - included systems, merchandising, design and product creation tracks of work. In addition, designed and facilitated leadership and professional courses on influence, transition management, career paths, fundamentals of management, coaching and counseling, performance reviews and the art of storytelling. Delivered content around the globe to international audiences including Europe, Asia, Mexico and Africa.

Served as a training expert and consultant to one of the Northwest's largest retailers (a part of the Kroger family of stores). Developed project plans, training content and technical training materials including online, web-based and satellite delivered sessions for diversified content ranging from new POS rollouts to jewelry selling skills. Served as the project manager for numerous chain-wide training rollouts across several states.Lead trainer for field based trainers - included fundamentals of stand-up delivery, adult learning principals and facilitation skills. In addition to instructional design duties, delivered training on numerous leadership and development topics as well as proprietary systems training.

In my role as a science teacher at Manual Arts HS, I was able to create one of the district’s first computer based science classrooms, allowing students to complete all science coursework online, through web design, video-editing projects, email communication and video conferencing. Received Teacher of the Year, Mayor’s selection award.Responsible for the design and delivery of staff development curriculum and sessions to train staff to integrate technology into existing curriculum, many for the first time.Also managed the science department staff and budget, evaluating classroom content and delivery and served as a mentor for all new science instructors.
