As a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM), I serve as a trusted advisor, driving a cross-functional, unified customer experience using technical, communication, and collaboration skills to help our customers achieve their full potential through the adoption of VMware's technology.As part of the Customer Success Technical Adoption Management team, I use my skills to make an impact and drive change for our customers, products, and company. I primarily ensure that the irrigation system is fully automated using software programming and ensure all irrigation equipment is well-maintained and replace components when necessary. I also maintain the overall appearance of the golf course grounds by mowing greens, fairways, and roughs. This includes regular fertilization and watering of the golf course to ensure optimal turf health, trimming trees and bushes to maintain a neat and aesthetically pleasing landscape, repairing divots on the course to ensure a smooth playing surface, and raking bunkers to remove debris and maintain consistency. I also assist in the setup and maintenance of equipment and machinery used in golf course maintenance.

The VMware CTO Ambassador (CTOA) program serves as a conduit between R&D and the customer community to vet new ideas and gauge customer reaction. This enables the effective flow of information and knowledge, backwards and forwards, between R&D and the field, and ultimately with our customers and partners, which in turn drives more profitable relationships, greater revenue, and new and improved products. I worked in the Kohl's corporate headquarters supporting the server virtualization infrastructure on the Service Development team. The virtualization environment spans the corporate data centers, enterprise fulfillment centers, remote offices, cloud service providers and over 1100 store locations across the nation. Primary responsibilities include the planning, design, and implementation of the virtual system architecture and security including data integrity/recovery, disaster recovery planning, contingency planning, and research & development. Currently working on a vSphere Hardening initiative including Patch, Configuration, Compliance, and Operational Management including automation and orchestration methods for securing the virtual infrastructure. Recently completed a Hypervisor based antivirus solution using Trend Micro Deep Security Manager to protect our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, vSphere 5.5 upgrade. Also working on redesigning the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to better align our organization with some of the BYOD initiatives planned for the near future and disaster recovery planning and architecture design for a multi-datacenter recovery plan using VMware Site Recover Manager.

I worked on the Virtualization Center of Excellence team under the Distributed Platform Strategy and Engineering group. I was responsible for the design and implementation of highly available infrastructure solutions using VMware vSphere products. The Distributed Engineering team is responsible for end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions to all customers.
