CReST/ Functional Testing. Build test programs for testing new processors for the manufacturing process.

Associate Hardware & Software Integration Engineer supporting Core Stage and Exploration Upper Stage development and test in the NASA SITF-Q facility for the Artemis Space Launch System, SLS, Block 1, and Block 1B vehicle programs.○ Plan and integrate the avionics and electrical ground support equipment, as well as perform test and verification activities for the rocket. Collaborate with the test team to perform real-time troubleshooting and problem resolution of issues encountered during testing.○ Review schematics, cable diagrams, test setup drawings, test procedures, engineering documents, and requirements to support lab tests. Define/validate minimum test requirements and configurations for lab buildup and checkout for lab simulations.○ Assist with the development of test setup drawings using 3D modeling applications/CAD modeling software.○ Assist with the requirements development, design, and integration of hardware and software into sensor simulation racks for simulations of different types of sensor signals for validating the programming and performance of data acquisition.○ Assist with the documentation of problems, write/review troubleshooting steps that incorporate a range of lab test equipment, and work with cross-functional lab teams and personnel to perform fault isolation and problem resolution.

Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer supported sensor system development for the Artemis Space Launch System, SLS, Block 1, and Block 1B vehicle programs for the Sensors & Telemetry team within Avionics.○ Collaborated with cross-functional teams employing Creo 3D modeling, Boeing proprietaryvisualization, and Microsoft office tools in the efforts towards the design maturity of the ExplorationUpper Stage, EUS.○ Integrated and tracked changes to the instrumentation list for Block 1B - Instrumentation SystemEngineering. Proposed and constructed changes to hardware design pertaining to instrumentation.○ Delegated tasks when needed to other engineers on the S&T team so tasks can meet deadlinesearlier and also achieve peer review.○ Owner/ Signer of the EUS Sensor Accuracy Analyses document. Calculated the accuracy of all themeasurements on the EUS vehicle using datasheets and Engineering Drawings of sensor-related documents pertaining to the measurement signal path. Collaborated with cross-functional teams on the accuracies to assure measurements can meet NASA’s mission accuracy requirements.○ Utilized MatLab scripts to produce calibration curves to refine measurement accuracies from raw sensor outputs from Core Stage 1 test instrumentation data using IPCL databases to validate and progress to optimize sensor system performance.○ Processed and analyzed data using Boeing proprietary software and analyzed data from Michoud Assembly Facility Acceptance Test System for the Core Stage 2 Engine Section.○ Represented the Sensors and Telemetry team in regular status meetings, collaborative sync meetings, and program milestone meetings to deliver the progress and accomplishments of the S&T team to fellow engineering teams, program management, and the NASA customer.

RF/ Microwave Test Engineer supporting the Compact Modeling and Characterization lab for semiconductor wafers.○ Calibrated and configured multiple semiconductor testing probes that utilized RF test equipment and proprietary IBM and company software for the testing and verification of new semiconductor developmental electrical devices and components. Tested capacitors, inductors, resistors, and Low Noise-Amplifiers.○ Communicated with Semiconductor Device/ RF Modeling Engineers to establish testing protocols.○ Represented the team in regular team and vendor meetings to deliver the progress of data andtesting.○ Electrical characteristic testing consisted of Noise Parameters, S-Parameters, and DC testing.Conducted different electrical tests on different probe stations as seen fit.○ Learned how other probe stations ran other electrical tests, including testing probes for Photonics.○ Handled delicate RF testing equipment from micron-sized testing probes to silicon wafers, as well as Medium Frequency to Extremely High-Frequency equipment. Frequencies worked with were between 1 MHz to 220 GHz.
