My current job duties:-Working with internal teams and external software vendors to purchase, maintain, and renew software licenses and subscriptions-Collaborating with these internal and external contacts to ensure proper implementation of Okta SSO when appropriate-Ensuring that the latest versions of our licensed software are available to our Service Desk team and for our internal employees-Acting as a liaison between Corporate IT and other teams to ensure the adoption of new software goes smoothly-Continuing to work on development of software request procedures to ensure products are vetted and approved by our requesting team(s), internal IT, and CybersecuritySome projects I've worked on:-Worked on implementation of Avitru/Deltek's e-SPECS Constructions Specifications for A&E software-Helped develop new streamlined procedure for our computer lease upgrades that minimizes downtime for our employees and clearly defines the process and expectations of both IT and the employee-Wrote exit survey questions for lease upgrade program-Developed flowchart security procedures on LucidChart-Documentation of company employee termination procedures for IT-Updated company phone system voicemail messages to reflect rename/rebrand to Olsson-Continuing to work with individuals and field questions/concerns regarding Microsoft's upcoming retirement of OneNote desktop and the switch to the modern OneNote app
