Co-founded and created Infused Systems. Created and built a consulting/serviced based product called ServiceHub, which was used to manage our consulting based business. ServiceHub helped facilitate the customer/consultant relationship and communication, while also helping us manage the level of service the consultant provided and satisfaction of the customer. Created and built CustomerHub, which is a membership based website with integration into Infusionsoft. CustomerHub was used by our customers to provide their customers a secure environment to consume content using the automation engine created by Infusionsoft. This product ultimately lead to the acquisition of Infused Systems by Infusionsoft in 2011.

Was the 2nd developer hired to help build the early features of Infusionsoft crm product. Built the initial versions of the storefront, shopping cart and checkout process, email client, and payment gateway interface. Implemented api's for mutliple payment gateways, including PayPal, Authorize.net, etc. Also, periodically made many front-end interface design improvements to help with the usability of the product in general.
