Aloha! Thanks for visiting. I spend most of my days leading wellness retreats, serving tea, and facilitating psychedelic mushroom journeys. I also teach mindfulness meditation to people who are looking to take a deep breath and enter that smooth flow of life.At my essence, I'm a source of playful peace. I'm kind of like what happens when you take a summer camp counselor and put him in a Buddhist monastery for a while.Here are some of the adventures I've had along the way:• Co-founding the Oxytocin teahouse in Boulder, Colorado 🍵 ⛰️• Starting the "Calm College" program, introducing meditation to tens of thousands of university students around the world• Recording guided meditations for some groovy mindfulness apps (Calm, Wellness Coach, Simple Habit, True Voice, Insight Timer) • Hosting plant medicine retreats in Mexico, Ecuador, and the Netherlands • Founding the Johns Hopkins Psychedelic Society• Facilitating the clinical and ceremonial use of ketamine-assisted therapy (Mindbloom, Innerwell) • Launching a cohort of the 'Adopt A Survivor' program, connecting Jewish students to Holocaust survivors• Catalyzing research studies to use meditation apps for cancer pain alleviationMy mission is to leave a legacy of human connection.
