Responsibilities:Monitored and maintained multiple simultaneous medication infusions per patient.Constantly observed and documented all vital signs in the critically unstable.Collaborated as a team for medical emergency including: cardiac arrest, stroke, hemorrhage, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) and more.Maintained ventilator, feeding tubes and other life support equipment. Effectively documented and communicated work performed in order to pass along progress to next RN at shift change.
