- Managing over 1200 resident financial accounts spanning across two separate properties- Created and executed delinquent resident contact plan through the utilization of email campaigns, phone calls, text messages, and paper notices delivered to the residence on a monthly basis- Utilized Onesite’s reporting software to develop and deliver numerous reports to the company that outlines delinquency, occupancy, and eviction percentages- Create, manage, and oversee the onsite spreadsheets and databases used to manage current resident’s placement, contact information, and demographics to enhance leasing staff’s efficiency to hit daily, weekly, and monthly target goals- Manage all fines, final account statements, resident financial disputes, collection agency disputes, NSF payments, and all ledger activity for past, present, and future residents- Oversee entire eviction process and work closely with attorneys and the court system to ensure all necessary paperwork and files are prepared and ready for the legal process- Perform quarterly inspections of each property for damages, illegal occupants, and general rental agreement violations

- Design and implement all social media graphics across all social accounts for two properties- Organize resident event calendar for two properties and oversee the execution of each event every month- Created clear and effective ad campaigns that created over 80,000 impressions and converted into real website traffic and leases- Developed working relationships with local vendors along with fraternities and sororities at the nearby university to increase marketing opportunities and exposure in the market- Directly managed a team of 10-15 leasing agents across two properties which included managing sales goals, one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, and daily lead moderation- Was directly in charge of all leasing issues both with the rental agreements and all software platforms used by The Preiss Company on site.
