Managed 50 rotational engineers and manufacturing interns. Coordinated relocation for 13 engineers currently in the program. Worked closely with university recruitment team to fill remaining head count while maintaining program integrity and quality standards. Organized, coordinated, and conducted 2-week onboarding process for 16 new hire engineers including travel, training, computer setup, and networking events. Conducted monthly meetings with program members to communicate updates and provide feedback as well as answer questions or concerns. Communicated with HRBPs and focal managers at the plants during rotations and internship program to ensure roles, assignments and projects provided to program members and interns add value to the business and allow for a positive and productive experience.

Responsible for Date Management and Supplier Relations for 1,000+ suppliers for all Purchase Orders for North American plants in Schlumberger’s Cameron Group. Interfaced daily with suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD), took rapid and direct action on all expedites based on changes in MRP requirements. Provided weekly reporting for expediting team showing a prioritized working file for each team member and OTD updates for each supplier portfolio. Implemented an approved professional development assistance program for employees in the supply chain function to complete and achieve APICS certifications. Conducted TAKT Time analysis to understand present work load and made suggestions based on this analysis regarding possible process improvement and changes to staffing levels.

Global Rotational Development Program (GRDP) is offered by Cameron, a Schlumberger company, for Industrial and Mechanical Engineers. The program consists of four different rotations that are each six months long. The rotations consist of Quality or HSE, Manufacturing Engineering, a Supervisory role, and Materials/Supply Chain Management.

Coordinated with Project Management, TPI and customers on all Exxon orders. Maintained backlog tracking spreadsheet to alert other planners when all material was available to release to the shop. Actively involved in weekly meetings with both Machine and Assembly shops to go over progress on orders from the current week and provide awareness for orders in the coming week. Conducted Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) on the Quick Turn Manufacturing process. Implemented a new tracking process for Quick Turn Orders as a result of the FMEA which is included in the Order to Fulfillment (OTF) meeting to improve OTD. Maintain tracking spreadsheet for Cancellations to help determine reasoning for Quick Turn Cancellations. Formulated rework reduction strategy for distribution center parts prior to shipment date.

Met the daily needs of 50+ employees. Over saw 6S implementation throughout 25 machining centers and 6 assembly areas. Provided daily updates on notable projects during Order to Fulfillment(OTF) meeting with plant management to improve OTD by acknowledging orders which have missed scheduled starts and finishes. Ensured updated information for productivity, utilization, and throughput is provided on all Shop Floor Management(SFM) boards for all 31 of operations' work centers, as well as working with employees to implement improvement ideas they bring up as noted on their boards. Participated in Engage to Excel Meetings with machine shop employees to better understand their perspectives on improvement ideas and recent policies implemented. Became sole supervisor on third shift adapting to business need.

Qualified Welder for FCAW. Created defect tracking spreadsheet using macros to pull real time data from SAP to aid in minimizing Non-Conformance Reports. Created weld maps to show areas to require welding in aftermarket products to ensure correct features are worked appropriately. Trained with experienced welders to understand operation of robotic welding machine and implemented a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) for others to use to operate the machine.

Conducted weekly Pre-Production Meetings with vendors and TPI to communicate inspection requirements for sub-contracted work and provide an accompanying Inspection and Test Plan. In total 450+ PPMs conducted. Improved the process to minimize the number of meetings required while still maintaining the same level of quality from our vendors. Completed quarterly updates on all NCRs created by the plant to communicate areas for process improvement to plant management. Trained two new employees, a Quality Engineer and a Supplier Quality Engineer to take over my role once I moved on in the GRDP.
