As the founder and sole proprietor of Relaxing Sleep Sounds, I created a series of Alexa Skills that provide ambient noise to help users relax and focus. I worked developing a web-based game using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and C++ in tandem with multiple API's and the Unreal Engine.The purpose of the game is to help students learn basic Arabic, it implements speech recognition and responds appropriately to the student, providing a more immersive language learning experience.

I wrote a business plan that won $3,500 (1st Prize). I led 6 interns to develop social media awareness for our October 20th Kickstarter deadline. We were able to raise over $50,000 and gain interest from Venture Capitalists and large companies, including Bed, Bath, and Beyond.I was able to see the company from the beginning of the product design through the prototyping process. I helped ensure that the product was designed to meet customer needs.

I was a rock star team leader, responsible for training and overseeing five other servers in my area. I had the opportunity to learn customer service skills along with training and leadership that continues to benefit me in work and school.

I helped acquire a new customer base, utilizing 30 years of customer satisfaction to implement an effective referral system and expand the offerings of the company, successfully increasing revenue and social media presence.I was able to help bring the company into the 21st century, creating a website and social media sites that have generated new customers and provided them an easy way to rate the company. I was also involved in implementing credit card reading services for the company.
