Managing multiple .Net MVC software development projects, hosted in Microsoft Azure, to build a custom Marketing Operations solution for one of Centric's clients.Using Scrum/Agile processes to manage these projects and its 10+ team members that were located on-site, locally, and remote/offshore.Running a learning series for Seattle office employees to learn about cloud computing and how to use various features provided by cloud service providers.

Work as consultant to develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges for marque support offering available to Microsoft partners.Manage program’s initiatives with multiple parties/organizations with conflicting priorities. Worked pro bono to establish a Product Management framework that primarily included; a product roadmap, market requirement docs, a feature request backlog, a product backlog, a sprint backlog, a release management processes, and recurring sprint retrospectives.Coordinated product planning meetings with company members to go over feature requests, weigh requests on a scale, plan future development sprints and sanitize features and bugs in the product backlog.Developed a definition of done for release criteria after each sprint to include; acceptance criteria, a release runway, and establishing an automated user acceptance testing framework.
