Managed $12.5M in communications equipment and all maintenance to support operations for the largest flying program. Saved 100+ troubleshooting hours as the team lead for all communications issues. Tracked down 150 missing items. Developed innovative bar code tracking system to streamline process. Transferred ownership, re-purposed old equipment, and/or followed lost equipment process for all items. Briefed program status to stakeholders monthly and accomplished first-ever full inventory, saving the Air Force $450K.
