Upon graduating from Temple University in 2007, I dove into the world of investigations head first! I started as a field investigator where I learned the nuts and bolts of surveillance, research, social media analysis, interview techniques, and more. After having several years of on-the-job experience, I studied to become a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), which has allowed me to better understand the nature of insurance fraud and misrepresentation. With over 15 years of experience in the investigative world, I now hold the title of Vice President of Customer Success at VRC Investigations. At VRC, I oversee workers' compensation, liability, medical malpractice, FMLA, and FELA investigations. I supervise investigations from beginning to end, involving myself in each and every case. I work with my operations team to fully prep each file and assist field investigators during surveillance. Just as important, I work closely with my clients to understand all of their needs & objectives so we successfully handle their investigative needs. Furthermore, I assist in educating our clients about our different services and often publicly speak about the services we offer and the ways in which we can assist in claim investigations.
